- Proactively generate and pursue leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to secure new business.
- Assess client needs and propose tailored commercial insurance solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in insurance.
- Valid P&C insurance license.
- Exceptional prospecting and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
