About the role TerraImm is looking for a motivated, bilingual Sales Representative to join our growing team in Houston. This is an entry-level sales opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable communicating with clients, and wants to build a long-term career in sales. Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, automotive, wireless, insurance, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment is preferred, but extensive sales experience is not required. Communicate with prospective and existing clients by phone, email, and in person Follow up with leads and learn how to move prospects through the sales process Identify client needs and explain TerraImm services Build and maintain strong client relationships Learn how to handle objections and confidently ask for the sale Maintain accurate client and sales activity records Work toward individual and team sales goals Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching Work closely with experienced team members and management Develop the skills needed to grow into higher-level sales and business development opportunities What We're Looking For Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous customer-facing experience preferred Comfortable speaking with new people and following up consistently Motivated by goals and results Coachable and willing to learn Organized and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Interested in building a long-term career in sales Must be able to work on-site in Houston, TX Compensation base salary plus commission $45,000 - $85,000 Job Type Full-time Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
