Customer Service Representative

Location: Overland Park, KS (Fully Onsite)

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in the financial services industry. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving client inquiries, and delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assist clients with account-related questions, services, and general support needs.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Accurately document customer interactions and updates in company systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements within the financial industry.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach while meeting quality and productivity expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
