Our client, a leading food manufacturing company is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production and packaging of high-quality food products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, aligning successfully within a dynamic and safety-conscious environment.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Goldsboro, NC

Pay Range: $16.25

Shift: Day shift 

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure smooth workflow.
• Inspect products to meet quality standards and identify defects.
• Load raw materials, containers, lids, labels, and packaging supplies onto production lines.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete necessary documentation.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and GMP procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as stacking and palletizing.
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus.
