Enterprise Account Manager - Retention (Hospital Technology)

Enterprise Account Manager - Retention (Hospitality Technology) Location: Houston, TX Reports To: Senior Vice President Sales Key Responsibilities Manage renewals and contract execution for existing customers Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts Execute retention plans for at‑risk customers Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and retention metrics Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Deployment to resolve issues Support customer business reviews and service assessments Share customer insights to support product and go-to-market strategy Qualifications 3+ years of experience in retention, renewals, or solution sales Proven success upselling and retaining enterprise customers Strong relationship-building and communication skills Consultative, customer-focused approach with high emotional intelligence CRM proficiency and strong organizational skills Preferred experience in hospitality, managed services, or technology solutions Familiarity with multi-location or enterprise accounts Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Growth opportunities within a high-performing organization #J-18808-Ljbffr The Staff Pad
