Overview Skanska is searching for a dynamic EHS Coordinator. This entry‑level position is for individuals coming out of the trades or new graduates. The Coordinator will provide safety support and technical assistance to project teams and will serve as a role model for Skanska and subcontractors. Responsibilities Provide safety support and technical assistance to project teams. Identify and provide solutions for construction and environmental hazards. Report to a project‑based EHS Manager or manage responsibilities on a smaller project. Act as a flexible and adaptable team player with strong communication and client service skills. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, EHS, or equivalent. Broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. Benefits Competitive salary range based on experience ( USD $69,000 – $90,000 per year ). Excellent insurance package. 401(k) with match and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
