Patient Experience Coordinator - Immunology Call Center

Boston Children’s Hospital

Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking a Patient Experience Representative to provide exceptional support at the front desk and ensure a positive patient experience for the Immunology department. This role involves managing patient encounters, collaborating with healthcare providers, and offering clerical support.
