Job Summary

Kodiak Solutions is hiring Manufacturing & Installation Technicians for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with NeoPod Systems in New Braunfels, TX .

NeoPod Systems specializes in manufacturing prefabricated bathroom pods and interior building systems for commercial construction projects. We are seeking dependable, hands-on workers with experience in construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, assembly, or installation.

Candidates should be comfortable using hand and power tools, reading a tape measure, following drawings and instructions, and working as part of a production or installation team.

This is a Temp-to-Hire position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position with NeoPod Systems based on performance, attendance, workmanship, and business needs.

Manufacturing & Installation Responsibilities

• Assemble prefabricated bathroom pods and interior building components.
• Perform hands-on construction and assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
• Install framing, drywall, tile, trim, fixtures, cabinets, countertops, and other components.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or finish-out tasks based on experience.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Read measurements, layouts, drawings, and work instructions.
• Measure, cut, fit, assemble, and install materials.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Correct deficiencies and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Maintain production schedules and quality standards.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction, manufacturing, assembly, or skilled trade experience preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to follow drawings, measurements, and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and work for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and perform multiple construction-related tasks.

Schedule & Hours

• 40–50 hours per week
• Full-time schedule
• Saturday work available/as needed
• Overtime opportunities may be available based on production and project needs
• Schedule may vary based on business and project requirements

Optional Travel Opportunities

Travel is NOT required for this position.

Candidates who are interested in traveling may have the opportunity to work on installation projects outside of the New Braunfels area.

For qualifying travel assignments, NeoPod Systems may provide hotel accommodations, flights or transportation, and per diem , depending on the project and company approval.

Candidates who prefer to remain local can be considered for New Braunfels-based manufacturing and installation work.
