Symmetry Partners is seeking a motivated and results-oriented External Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, demonstrated sales success, and a passion for building and maintaining long-term client relationships. This individual will play a key role in driving new business, supporting company growth objectives, and representing Symmetry Partners as a trusted resource for advisors. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market outreach. Convert qualified leads to new clients and increase assets under management (AUM). Present and explain Symmetry Partners' full suite of investment and advisory solutions, including: Model Portfolios Tax-Loss Harvesting Solutions Mutual Funds & ETFs Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) Technology and Practice Management Solutions Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners. Collaborate with Marketing to develop targeted sales campaigns and materials. Track and analyze key sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes. Represent Symmetry Partners at conferences, client meetings, and industry events. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field. Series 7 and 65 licenses required 57 years of sales experience in the financial services industry. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals with a client-first approach. Strong understanding of investment products and wealth management solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and collaborative team player. Willingness to travel up to 50% Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with platforms such as Orion, Envestnet, or AssetMark preferred.
