Data Entry Operator

Position Summary The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurate data entry, including entering shell claims into the DG system. Performance & Reliability Expectations Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding productivity, accuracy, and quality standards Consistent and reliable attendance aligned with operational requirements Ability to maintain performance in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Proven track record of following established processes and escalating issues appropriately Required Qualifications 2+ years of data entry experience or related experience Able to type 60 WPM Proficient in all Microsoft applications Must be familiar with Ten Key for efficient and productive computer usage for data entry Ability to successfully multitask Must have reliable power and internet service Must demonstrate the ability to maintain a consistent schedule and meet daily production expectations with a high degree of reliability Must be in good standing and demonstrate a consistent history of meeting performance, quality, and attendance expectations Proven ability to maintain reliability and productivity in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with DG Familiarity with Adobe Pro Experience with Healthcare claims Must be familiar with HCFA 1500 and UB Claim Forms, as well as RX, Wellness and Superbill filings Education High school diploma or equivalent. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range $17.00 - $34.15 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
