Senior Casino Marketing Analyst

Randstad is recruiting a Senior Marketing Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping property strategy through rigorous analytical oversight of casino marketing and gaming operations. Leveraging data-driven methodologies, you will evaluate player offer segmentations, optimize slot and table game configurations, and set performance benchmarks for host teams. Partnering closely with cross-functional property leaders, you will transform operational trends into actionable recommendations that fuel continuous revenue growth.

salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Offer Optimization: Design, track, and evaluate casino marketing campaigns, player offer segmentations, and A/B test/control groups to provide actionable, revenue-enhancing recommendations to executive leadership.

• Gaming Floor & Yield Performance Analysis: Evaluate real-time slot and table game operational metrics including floor layouts, capital purchases, operating hours, and labor efficiency to maximize floor profitability.

• Player Analytics & Host Goal Monitoring: Monitor rated player trends and segment behaviors while partnering with Player Development to establish, track, and optimize VIP host performance metrics.

• Cross-Functional Executive Reporting: Produce and present comprehensive monthly performance reports (Slot, Table Games, and Casino Marketing) and deliver strategic insights to department heads and upper management.

• Budgeting & Revenue Forecasting: Collaborate across departments during annual budget cycles by analyzing historical operational data, creating budget templates, and modeling gross gaming revenue targets.

• Proactive Business & Economic Intelligence: Monitor shift-level operating results, competitive developments, and broader economic trends to continuously identify cost-reduction and revenue-generation opportunities.

• Ad-Hoc Strategic Problem Solving: Conduct deep-dive custom financial and operational analyses to solve emerging property issues, support special operational initiatives, and guide executive decision-making.
