Shipping & Materials Flow Supervisor (Lean)
AGCO
AGCO is seeking a Production Supervisor for Shipping to lead material flow from warehouse to production areas and ensure on-time delivery. This role focuses on achieving shipping goals by aligning material availability, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, HR, and Production Control. You will drive continuous improvement, coach team members, and manage daily KPI attainment, safety, and 5S practices while maintaining strong cross-training and #J-18808-Ljbffr AGCO
