PeopleSoft Developer & Support Engineer

Salary: $107,352 - 107,352 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
• We require at least five years of experience working with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Human Capital Management, or Financials, version 9.0 or later; up to three years may be replaced by experience in other ERP platforms.
• We require hands-on experience with Oracle PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Approval Workflows, Application Engine, Application Package, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.
• We require experience using Oracle SQL.
• We prefer experience developing to WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.

• We provide expert technical support for Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Human Capital Management, and/or Financials, including root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of data integrity, delivered code, customizations, and third-party integration issues.
• We work with functional analysts, security analysts, and end users to investigate application and server logs, identify coding or data problems, and implement bug fixes.
• We consult with functional partners and stakeholders to define business needs, then prepare technical and functional specifications.
• We design and build customized applications and integrations using tools such as Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, Application Packages, XML Publisher, Integration Broker, SQR, Crystal Reports, Web Services, Approval Workflow Engine, PS Query, SQL Developer, and Excel-to-CI interfaces.
• We perform unit testing for bug fixes, new development, and integrations, and support quality assurance, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• We help deploy upgrades, patches, configurations, and critical updates, including reviewing Oracle release notes and PeopleSoft Update Manager compare reports to assess retrofit impacts.
• We partner with hosting and application management providers to resolve incidents involving performance, connectivity, migrations, data integrity, updates, and critical patches.
• We follow established development, accessibility, and software development life cycle standards.
• We provide technical guidance through training, mentoring, and coaching for business and technical staff.
• We complete other duties as assigned.
