Commercial Litigation Legal AssistantSeeking an exceptional Litigation Legal Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a highly sophisticated senior litigation partner in an extremely fast-paced, high-demand practice. This role requires a polished, proactive, and intensely detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure, can manage a heavy workload with precision, and is comfortable working overtime as needed to support a desk billing approximately 4,000 hours annually. Ideal candidates will possess strong judgment, unwavering focus, discretion, and the stamina to succeed in a rigorous environment suited for only the most serious legal support professionals.Base Salary; $110K - $125KThe ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong experience handling complex commercial litigation documents. Experience with Labor & Employment matters is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Draft, revise, proofread, and compare legal documentsPrepare and file documents electronically with state and federal courtsCreate Tables of Authorities, indexes, and hyperlinking for court filingsManage and edit PDF documents, including redactions and formattingReformat employee handbooks, manuals, and related documentationUtilize Excel for data entry, spreadsheet creation, and data comparisonAssemble binders, manuals, and other case-related materialsMaintain attorney calendars and docket court deadlinesWork within document management and attorney timekeeping systemsQualifications:Prior legal assistant/secretarial experience in commercial litigationStrong knowledge of litigation document preparation and court filing proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and ExcelExperience with document management and calendaring systemsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
