Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing our warm and ready rotisserie chicken. They also wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure the freshest items are available for members to take home. You may juggle several tasks while helping members with their bakery orders, and your smile can make the difference between a good and a great shopping experience. Responsibilities Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources. Plan future and mass productions, handle seasonality, and adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment, ensuring cold chain compliance and inventory management. Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience. Manage high exposure and expectations, stock and rotate merchandise, enforce quality and date control standards. Assist customers and peers in accordance with company policies and procedures. Advocate for the department and model high quality service and products. Maintain ethical standards, cooperate with the Open Door Policy, and promote continuous improvement. Compile work assignments, use policies and data to prioritize tasks, and recommend improvements. Additional Impact Ensure high‑quality products are available in the prepared foods area. Keep shelves clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and discard lower‑quality food. Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area. Candidate Requirements Passion for and experience with fresh food. Member satisfaction as top priority. Solution seeking and innovative mindset, tackling obstacles head‑on. Comfortable with change and quick adaptation to different work scenarios. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to complete required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time. Preferred Qualifications Food Service experience. Food Handler Certification (Food Safety). Benefits
