Production Associate

Production Associate Wage: $15.50/Hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM Responsibilities Assist with food production and packaging processes Inspect products to ensure quality and consistency standards are met Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently Label, pack, and prepare products for shipment Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment Follow all GMP, HACCP, and food safety procedures Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or product defects to supervisors Work collaboratively with team members and production leads Meet daily production goals and attendance expectations Requirements Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Able to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed Comfortable working in cold or refrigerated environments if applicable Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Monroechamber
