Trilogy Health Services - 839 Commerce Lane - Responsibilities: Create the campus four-week master schedule and post the schedule according to policy.; Make staffing adjustments as needed based on budget, census fluctuations, calls-offs, and pre-planned leave.; Manage, support, and coordinate employees' PTO requests, holiday rotations, and shift trades.; Generate postings such as BIPA, daily assignment sheets, and monthly schedules.; Manage nursing hours (PPD) and proper staff ratio to census; manage Time and Attendance including attendance points, buy-backs, and shift pick up incentives.; Utilize Smartlinx to post open shifts, fill open shifts, and communicate with employees.; Meet new employees to review their schedule and onboarding needs; provide direct patient care as needed within scope of license/certification.
