Job Overview We are seeking a Child Life Specialist to work full‑time in a Day shift at our Daytona Beach facility. Utilize play and self‑expressive activities to reduce stress and anxiety for patients and families. Assist in the application review and interview process for child life students and serve as a mentor. Perform other duties as assigned. Maintain professional development and appropriate certifications by attending webinars, in‑service sessions, and conferences. Maintain child life certification by attending required professional development activities. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Meets all requirements for Child Life Specialist (CLS) certification. Ability to work independently. Demonstrated competence with all child life skills. Education & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (required) in Child Life, Education, Recreation Therapy, Child Development or a related field.

• Child Life Specialist Certification (CCLS) (required).
• Valid licenses or certifications as required by state regulations.
