ERP Program Manager

Job Description Overview We are seeking a Senior ERP Program Manager to lead the early-stage planning, structure, and execution readiness of a large-scale ERP initiative. This is a high-visibility, hands-on leadership role that will partner directly with executive leadership to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a cross-functional program. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the foundation of the ERP program, aligning IT and Business stakeholders, and establishing governance to ensure long-term success. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to View email address on click.appcast.io learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements 8+ years of experience in Program Management, with strong exposure to large-scale ERP implementations Proven track record leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional transformation programs, not just IT delivery Deep understanding of ERP-driven transformation across Finance and Supply Chain domains Direct experience with Oracle ERP environments (E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion strongly preferred) Experience operating within complex, multi-system ecosystems, including integrations across platforms such as: Asset management (e.g., Maximo) Customer/billing systems (e.g., CC&B) Financial/regulatory systems (e.g., PowerPlan) Strong experience working with executive stakeholders and Steering Committees, including: Facilitating decisions Managing escalations Driving alignment across competing priorities Demonstrated ability to establish and operationalize governance frameworks from the ground up, including: Decision structures (RACI) Escalation paths Change control processes Proven experience leading organizational change management, with focus on: Internal team adoption (not just end-user communication) Driving behavioral and process change across business units Managing resistance and aligning stakeholders early Experience leading early-stage ERP programs (Phase 0 / discovery / pre-implementation), including: Process discovery Fit-gap alignment Program setup and planning Prior experience in Oracle Fusion transformation programs Experience in the Utilities industry or other regulated environments, with understanding of: Asset-intensive operations Integration-heavy ecosystems Regulatory and financial complexity Certifications such as: PMP / PgMP Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
