We're looking for a House Manager/Personal Assistant for two principals in Beverly Hills. The role is split approximately 60% personal assistant duties and 40% house management. The schedule is Mon-Fri 10am-6pm, but you must have weekend flexibility and be available by text outside of regular hours. This role requires significant travel including extended stays in London.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, booking reservations, errands, direct day-to-day support, managing household operations, coordinating vendors/contractors, and managing the residence while principals are abroad.

The principals are seeking someone with the right attitude, discretion, flexibility, and adaptability. A strong candidate is comfortable with a flexible schedule, genuinely enjoys traveling with their principals, and is excited about the lifestyle and responsibilities of the role. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, able to work independently, and comfortable adapting to changing priorities. They should be genuinely enthusiastic about traveling with the principals, including extended stays in London, and comfortable building a trusted working relationship with the principals. Comfort around cats is also important. Must have a valid driver's license, own reliable vehicle, and clean driving record. NDA required.

Salary: $120-$165k + PTO, sick days, & holidays
