Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized clinical assessments and create tailored treatment plans for clients presenting major mental illness or severe emotional disorders.

• Engage actively with a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the development of strategies to achieve treatment goals effectively.

• Deliver evidence-based practices in individual, group, and family therapy sessions, fostering an empowering and supportive environment for clients.

• Conduct timely checks on patient progress by monitoring admissions, ongoing treatment plans, and discharge criteria to ensure comprehensive care management.

• Participate in crisis intervention as needed, employing appropriate therapeutic techniques to manage challenging situations effectively.

• Document and maintain accurate records of client sessions, treatment outcomes, and other relevant data, ensuring compliance with professional and ethical standards.

• Contribute to quality improvement and service delivery by participating in agency committees geared towards enhancing client care.

• Be available for on-call coverage during designated program hours, remaining accessible in emergency situations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
