Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Department (L&D), Night Shift This acute care facility seeks a qualified healthcare professional to join its Labor and Delivery team. The role involves providing specialized obstetric and neonatal care on a night schedule, with a focus on safe delivery practices and postpartum patient management. The position requires collaborative teamwork within a busy hospital environment to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), American Womens Health & Neonatal Nursing (AWHONN) Intermediate, Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), valid state license (compact license accepted), at least 2 years of clinical experience in Labor and Delivery; First-time travelers not accepted
• Preferred Qualifications: AWHONN Advanced certification
• Float: Float rotation may be required between like units
• Additional Information: The position starts on 10/05/2026 and ends on 01/04/2027. Orientation involves 36 hours of training. Candidates must include responses to pre-submission questions regarding prior experience at healthcare facilities and provide two references covering the past 1 year during the compliance process.

  • Scrub color: Royal Blue or Navy Blue for RNs; Peds friendly top with royal or navy blue bottom for Pediatric RNs; Hunter Green for RRT; Navy Blue or any color for Phlebotomy; Black for Imaging Tech
  • Interdisciplinary support includes Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, Transportation, and Unit Secretary
