Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Zscaler Infrastructure Support Engineer to manage and maintain our Zscaler security solutions, providing Level 2 (L2) support for critical products such as ZPA (Zscaler Private Access) and ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access) . This role requires expertise in network security, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless security operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and support Zscaler infrastructure , ensuring optimal performance and security. Provide L2 support for Zscaler products, including ZPA, ZIA, and ZIP . Troubleshoot and resolve network and security issues , ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective solutions for network security and system optimization. Ensure that security policies and configurations are properly implemented and maintained. Maintain documentation and reports related to Zscaler systems for auditing and operational efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Zscaler products and services , including ZPA, ZIA, and ZIP. Hands-on experience in L2 Admin support , managing and maintaining security solutions. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex network security issues. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience in network security and cloud-based security solutions . Knowledge of enterprise security policies and frameworks .
