We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual with 1-3 years of accounting experience who can help us process and maintain accurate financial records, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with approximately 400+ locations.**HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS:*** Process and manage rent and property tax payments accurately and timely* Oversee and manage utility payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing* Perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions* Manage month end close activities including identifying and accounting for accruals to meet deadlines and perform accurately* Support compliance functions related to property management and taxation* Maintain relationships with landlords and utility providers, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations* Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to help management understand financial trends and impacts* Other duties as requested that assist Team Car Care in meeting its goals**UNDER THE HOOD – WHAT YOU’LL NEED:*** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.* 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.* Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.* Effective communication and teamwork skills.* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
