What You'll Do

• Engage customers through professional, in-person interactions
• Educate customers on wireless products, smartphones, and service options
• Answer questions regarding features, pricing, promotions, and plans
• Recommend solutions tailored to individual customer needs
• Open and activate new customer accounts accurately
• Process upgrades, plan changes, and new service enrollments
• Stay current on products, promotions, and industry trends
• Track customer interactions and sales activity using company systems
• Work toward and exceed individual performance goals
