Pay Rate: $20/hour 

Schedule: 1st 6:30a-2:30p; Mon - Fri and 2nd shift; 2:30p-10:30p - Mon - Fri

PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a global leader in financial solutions , is hiring Machine Operators to join a fast-paced, high-tech production team. In this vital role, you’ll help produce secure, high-quality credit and debit cards used by customers across the nation. 

You’ll receive hands-on training on advanced production equipment and contribute directly to maintaining the accuracy, reliability, and security of financial tools that millions depend on every day. 

This is more than a machine operator job — it’s an opportunity to work with precision, purpose, and pride. 

 

What You’ll Do  

• Operate high-performance production machines to personalize credit and debit cards. 

• Perform routine quality checks to ensure all products meet strict specifications. 

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and adjust machines to keep production running efficiently. 

• Stage finished materials for warehouse pickup and distribution. 

• Cross-train in other departments to enhance team flexibility and performance. 

• Adapt to changing production demands in a fast-moving environment. 

 

What You’ll Bring  

Required:  

• Computer proficiency and comfort with data entry. 

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). 

• Basic math skills to support daily production accuracy. 

• Physical stamina to stand for 95% of the shift and safely lift up to 40 lbs. 

• Ability to reach, bend, climb, squat, and kneel frequently. 

Preferred:  

• High school diploma or equivalent (education, work, or military experience). 

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production environment. 

• Prior experience operating production machinery.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
