Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential plumbing systems. Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing plumbing concerns. Accurately diagnose issues and recommend solutions to homeowners. Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms). Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
