- Prepare and review petitions and filings, including O-1A, O-1B, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and EB-5 filings
- Conduct source-of-funds analysis, project eligibility assessments, and due-diligence reviews for EB-5 clients
- Work closely with finance, investment, and operations teams to ensure alignment between immigration strategy and the company’s offerings
- Develop and implement internal compliance policies for O-1, EB-1A, NIW, and EB-5 programs
- Stay informed on evolving USCIS policy changes, case law developments, and EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act (RIA) requirements
- Identify potential legal or regulatory risks and recommend corrective actions
- Communicate complex immigration concepts to clients and internal teams clearly and professionally
Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Licensed attorney (required; licensed in Arizona preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise in U.S. immigration law with hands-on experience across O-1, EB-1A, NIW, and EB-5 categories
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
Talent-Based Visa Expertise (O-1, EB-1A, NIW)
- Ability to develop evidence strategies for extraordinary-ability and national-interest cases
- Experience drafting persuasive legal briefs, expert opinion letters, and advisory consultation requests
- Familiarity with STEM, business, arts, entertainment, and entrepreneurial profiles
- Skilled at translating complex achievements into compelling petition narratives

- Strong understanding of EB-5 project structures and investment-compliance requirements
- Ability to conduct detailed source-of-funds tracing and draft thorough SOF memos
- Familiarity with USCIS, SEC, state securities regulations, and RIA obligations
