Summary Lead the Crystals boutique in Las Vegas, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional luxury customer experiences. Oversee daily store operations, coach and develop the sales team, and ensure brand standards across merchandising and presentation. Responsibilities Drive store and departmental sales through goal setting, coaching, and performance management. Lead, recruit, train, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service and clienteling. Ensure visual merchandising, product presentation, and stock availability meet brand standards. Manage operational tasks including inventory control, loss prevention, and administrative reporting. Collaborate with regional leadership to implement promotions and maintain compliance with company policies. Requirements 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail. Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing sales team. Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and customer service skills with attention to detail in visual standards. Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
