Assistant Department Manager (Tile)

Pay Range $16.78 - $23.62 Purpose This position is responsible for training and developing Product Sales Specialists and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience by receiving exceptional customer service and product information. Minimum Eligibility Requirements High School Diploma or GED 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Ability to multi-task and work in a fast‑paced environment Essential Functions Act and work in a manner that is consistent with company’s core values Demonstrate a thorough understanding and compliance with the company’s safe lifting practices standard operating procedures Demonstrate the ability to drive and teach the company philosophy around the basic P’s of retail.
