We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to help shape how Austin Benefits shows up in the market.
What You'll Do:
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web
- Create engaging content - posts, graphics, newsletters, and blog drafts that reflect our brand voice.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and target audience insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist with event planning and promotional materials for client seminars, webinars, and community events.
- Help maintain and update website content and marketing collateral
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, turning data into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with our Client Experience and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals
- Support community outreach and volunteer initiatives that reflect our values.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong writing skills - ability to craft a compelling message in any format
- Familiar with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Curious, self starter attitude
- Interest in professional services, insurance, or employee benefits is a plus
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms or analytics tools is a bonus
