Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for an exciting opportunity. This position will involve providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing critical insights to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
Experience Requirements
A minimum of 12 months of recent nursing experience is required for this role.
License and Certification Requirements
- Active North Carolina RN license is required.
Work Schedule
The position requires 8-hour night shifts, specifically from 11 PM to 7 AM. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend, and holiday shifts may be necessary based on client needs.
Orientation and Training
Orientation will be provided at the beginning of the first shift, lasting the first couple of hours to ensure a smooth transition into the position.
