Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a geriatric long-term care setting, including assessments and ongoing monitoring.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document care and medication administration in the resident’s chart.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition, respond to changes, and escalate as needed following established protocol.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to update and implement individualized care plans; communicate changes to physicians, therapists, and family as appropriate.
- Support activities of daily living, assist with mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and comfort, while maintaining resident safety and dignity.
- Ensure compliance with infection control practices, safety guidelines, and facility policies; complete required documentation accurately and timely.

Requirements
- Active North Carolina RN license
- 12 months of recent RN experience
- Ability to work the night shift (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.)
- Credentialing due by 10/10/26 or ASAP
- On-call: None
- Holiday coverage: As needed by client
- Ability to work in a geriatric long-term care setting
