Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to geriatric residents, including assessments, monitoring, and timely intervention as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document nursing care accurately and maintain up-to-date patient records; report changes promptly to the supervising clinician.
- Maintain a safe environment, support fall prevention, infection control, and appropriate delegation of tasks to CNAs as required.

Requirements
- Active North Carolina RN license
- 12 months of recent RN experience in geriatric or long-term care settings
- Ability to work the night shift (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.)
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Willingness to complete credentialing by start date and participate in orientation
