Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Health Systems Executive to develop strategic partnerships with hospital C-suite leadership across Texas. This remote role involves building multi-year business plans, driving revenue growth, and coordinating with regional sales teams and service organizations to deliver integrated diagnostic solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop C-suite relationships and partnerships within integrated delivery networks
Build and lead strategic annual business plans with health systems to drive revenue growth
Lead sales campaigns using Danaher Business System tools with regional teams
Partner with service organization to ensure successful installations and post-install support
Provide indirect coaching and leadership to sales representatives and regional teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or sciences; master's degree preferred
9+ years sales experience in hospital or laboratory settings
Demonstrated ability to conduct executive-level presentations clearly and concisely
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and SharePoint
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Understanding of hospital operating financials and healthcare economics

Compensation: $160,000-$170,000 base; $260,000-$270,000 total compensation target with commission
