Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorders, ensuring that you establish a complete understanding of their mental health landscape.

• Develop personalized treatment plans by working collaboratively with clients, incorporating diverse therapeutic modalities such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Implement evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address specific mental health goals and advance the therapeutic process.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making data-informed adjustments to treatment plans when necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower them on their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is essential to fulfill the educational requirements for this position.
