At Grace Point Place Memory Care, we're dedicated to providing person-centered care to individuals living with dementia. As a Resident Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in our mission to enhance the lives of our residents.
About the Role:
As a Resident Care Assistant, you will assist our dedicated team of dementia-trained professionals in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with daily living activities : Helping residents with personal care, grooming, and daily routines
• Providing companionship and emotional support : Building relationships and engaging with residents to promote their mental and emotional well-being
• Supporting resident engagement : Encouraging participation in activities and hobbies, and facilitating social interactions
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment : Assisting with housekeeping and maintenance tasks to ensure a comfortable and safe living space for our residents
