Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. The role processes orders, assists with equipment and parts identification, provides pricing and availability information, manages backorders, and helps customers become more self-sufficient through available technology. The CSR serves as a trusted frontline resource for equipment manufacturers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Answer customer phone calls, emails, and other communications

Support Key Account Specialists with day-to-day customer operations

Assist with customer, sales manager, and key account reporting needs

Follow up on unresolved issues, backorders, part inquiries, and order concerns

Process incoming orders

Communicate customer trends and issues to leadership

Escalate issues as appropriate

Support company mission, vision, and performance objectives

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

24 years of customer service experience in a service center environment.

Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

Experience with internet navigation; PeopleSoft experience is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking capability.

Bilingual skills are considered a plus
