Temporary Receptionist

Job Full Description

Express is currently recruiting a Temporary Receptionist with a local company. This is a Full Time , 7:30AM - 5PM.

The pay is $18.00

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer multi-line phone
• Taking orders over the phone
• Ordering permits online
• Logging deposits in QuickBooks
• Receiving mail
• Other general office duties and tasks as assigned- filing, scanning, faxing etc

Skills and Qualities Required

• Comfortable with computers, basic Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent customer service over the phone
• Comfortable with general clerical duties
• Basic QuickBooks a plus
• Ability to work independently
