This role is critical in ensuring accurate and efficient data exchange between Workday and external benefits providers. Detailed Job Description The successful candidate will support Workday Benefits integrations, monitor interface performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and collaborate with HR, payroll, and technical teams. You will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, supporting benefit enrollment processes, and ensuring seamless communication between Workday and third-party vendors. This position requires a strong understanding of Workday architecture, benefits administration, and integration technologies. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain Workday Benefits integrations and interfaces Troubleshoot integration errors and perform root cause analysis Monitor data transfers and ensure successful processing of benefit transactions Collaborate with HR, payroll, and technical teams to resolve system issues Perform testing for configuration changes, enhancements, and upgrades Validate data integrity between Workday and third-party vendors Document integration processes, workflows, and support procedures Assist with Workday releases and benefits-related system updates Required Qualifications & Skills Experience supporting Workday Benefits and related integrations Strong understanding of Workday HCM architecture and business processes Experience with EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, or related integration tools Knowledge of benefits administration and vendor integrations Experience troubleshooting data and interface issues Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Nice-to-Have Skills Workday certification(s) Experience with payroll integrations Knowledge of XML, XSLT, REST, or SOAP APIs Experience with Workday reporting and calculated fields Familiarity with HRIS governance and compliance requirements Recruitment Pro Tip Demonstrate experience supporting complex Workday Benefits integrations and include examples of issues you resolved, vendor connections you managed, and measurable improvements in data quality or operational efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tech Junction Ltd
