Case Manager — Reentry & Housing Support (Flexible)

Helping Hands Reentry Outreach Centers

Helping Hands Reentry Outreach Centers in Portland, Oregon, is seeking a Case Manager to support participants in a trauma-informed reentry program. You will assess needs, develop IRPs with goals, and coordinate resources to help participants achieve long-term housing stability. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, plus basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency.
