Established (15+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Senior Pre-Litigation Attorney for Plaintiff Personal Injury in Los Angeles, CA

An established firm based in Los Angeles, CA with over 15 years in practice is seeking a Senior Pre-Litigation Attorney with 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience to join their team onsite in Century City. This Attorney will have extensive experience with pre-litigation case management, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, trucking, and premises liability matters , independently managing high-volume, high-value caseloads from intake through settlement while maximizing case value through skilled negotiation.

Offer:

Salary range: $190,000-$230,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:

Active California Bar license in good standing
8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience with a strong emphasis on pre-litigation practice
Demonstrated experience with catastrophic injury, wrongful death, trucking, and premises liability cases preferred
Proven ability to independently manage high-volume, high-value cases from intake through settlement
Strong track record of negotiating significant settlements and maximizing case value
Leadership and mentoring experience preferred
Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

Independently manage a high-volume caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through resolution
Evaluate case merits, liability, and damages to guide strategy and settlement posture
Negotiate directly with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to maximize case value
Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and investigators to build case value during the pre-litigation phase
Mentor and support junior attorneys and case managers as needed
Maintain clear, consistent client communication throughout the pre-litigation process
