Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Shipping & Receiving Clerk openings in Circle Pines, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $21-23/HOUR DOE
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
- Location: Circle Pines, MN

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Prepare, package, and process outgoing orders according to customer and carrier requirements.
- Operate shipping systems and maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure timely shipment of products and materials.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, shipping software, and documentation.
- Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
