Mail Processor II
Our client, a retail pharmacy company, is looking for a Mail Processor II for their Scottsdale, AZ location.
Responsibilities:
- The job scope is working with the client corporate mailroom performing digital printing on large production class printers.
- Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule.
- This individual will need to verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame.
Requirements:
- Efficient with MS suite
- On their feet throughout their entire shift
- Lift 50lbs, standing for long periods of time
- Be able to multi task
- Verifyable high school diploma or GED required
- Print or mail room setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft business software (Excel, PDF & Outlook)
- Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for long periods of the day
- Effective verbal and written communications skills. Excellent time management skills.
- Be able to run: Neopost/Pitney Bowes class inserters - Xerox production class printers
- Experience in a similar or related role
