Quick Lane Service Advisor

Infiniti of Albuquerque – Albuquerque, NM

Pay: $45,000 – $70,000 per year

Infiniti of Albuquerque is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our growing service team. • Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience.
• Write repair orders for maintenance and light repair services.
• Recommend manufacturer-required maintenance and vehicle services.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
• Deliver completed vehicles and explain all services performed.
• Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business and excellent CSI scores.

• Previous automotive service advisor, quick lube, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
