On-Site Community Manager | Property Leadership & Resident Relations

Dominium Inc.

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Valley Hill, a 72-unit apartment community in Riverdale, GA. You will oversee daily operations, occupancy goals, rent collection, resident relations, and compliance to maintain a well-managed property. Responsibilities include supervising staff, budgeting, move-ins/outs, lease administration, and coordination with HR and Marketing to support the community’s success.
