Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant coursework or certifications are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with lesson preparation and delivery
• Provide individualized or small group support to students
• Help manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment
• Support students with special needs, adapting activities as directed
• Supervise students during non-instructional times such as recess or lunch
• Track student progress and communicate observations to teachers as needed
