This includes managing shift operations, field execution, fleet and facilities oversight, and process optimization.This role drives performance across service, cost, and team development while ensuring a consistent, high-quality delivery experience for our customers.What You’ll DoOversee day-to-day transportation operations, including dispatch, field execution, and fleet managementManage labor planning, scheduling, and departmental budgets, including overtime controlDrive service excellence by improving on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and reducing complaints and creditsLead, coach, and develop transportation teams and administrative staff to achieve high performanceConduct field audits and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levelsEnsure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and safety standardsMonitor and respond to on-road operations, customer issues, and employee concerns in real timeBuild a culture focused on accountability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvementSupport recruiting efforts, including interviewing and conducting road tests as neededFoster employee engagement, morale, and recognition initiatives within the departmentMaintain strong relationships with customers and the local communityParticipate in community events and support local marketing initiativesLead and execute operational projects independently with minimal supervisionWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field10+ years of professional experience, including: 5+ years in transportation, logistics, or dispatch operations3+ years in a leadership or managerial roleCDL A or B license preferredStrong leadership, coaching, and team development skillsProven ability to manage budgets, labor, and operational performance metricsExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentHigh level of organization and attention to detailStrong customer service mindset with a sense of urgencyCommitment to professional growth, mentoring, and continuous learningValuesCustomer FirstAccountability & OwnershipTeamwork & CollaborationIntegrity & TransparencyContinuous ImprovementWhat You’ll LoveWorking in a fast-paced, innovative eCommerce environmentLeading high-impact operations that directly influence customer experienceOpportunities to develop and grow your leadership careerBeing part of a collaborative team that values your ideas and contributionsSalaryThe salary range for this role is $100,000 – $125,000.
