Executive Personal Assistant

Position Summary

Senox Corporation is seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant in Burnet, Texas to support a senior executive during the final phase of their career and throughout retirement. This individual will assist in ensuring a smooth transition while providing ongoing support after retirement.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, discreet, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both professional and personal responsibilities. This position requires someone who can anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Primary Skills and Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Manage calendars
• Ability to prioritize competing day-to-day demands
• Demonstrate sound judgment and practical decision-making skills in handling unexpected situations
• Coordinating meetings and travel
• Organize transportation, including driving the Executive
• Ability to travel by air, including overnight and multi-day trips
• Flexible schedule with the ability to accommodate occasional evening, weekend, and travel-related responsibilities
• Preparing correspondence
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Handling sensitive and confidential information with strict confidentiality
• Communicates effectively with business associates, friends, and family
• Manage personal finances, including bill payment, expense tracking, and receipt management
• Coordinate the executive's personal affairs, including appointments, banking, insurance, errands, and household administration
• Oversee home and vehicle maintenance by managing repairs, contractors, and preventative maintenance
• Maintain a well-organized household through meal preparation, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, and household supply management
• High school or equivalent education
• Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience
