Production Section Leader: 

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily production operations of the energy storage container assembly line, ensuring production plans are met on schedule
2. Allocate line personnel effectively, conduct daily shift meetings, assign tasks and track progress
3. Enforce 5S management and safety protocols on the shop floor, ensuring zero safety incidents
4. Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to continuously optimize processes, improve line efficiency and yield rates
5. Coordinate resolution of production anomalies (materials, equipment, quality), escalating and following up as needed
6. Responsible for operator training, performance evaluation, and team development

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
2. 5+ years of manufacturing production management experience; background in energy storage container, or sheet metal/welding industry preferred
3. Familiar with lean manufacturing and IE methodologies; capable of line layout and workforce planning
4. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure
5. Proficient in Office applications and ERP/MES systems
